Do the blue lights flash when it’s charging from the sun or it just shows the green sun light???

i tried charging my android wireless and no matter what angle i try the light is solid red, do you know why would that happen?

When I put my phone on wireless charger, the solid green light starts blinking and then shuts off. What am I doing wrong?

qi wireless charger works briefly only then shuts itself off. totally unreliable. no matter how i position my android over it.
