Try the L1 Left -> Right, or Right -> Left (Rightstick), don't know the name, i think its a 3* skill and simular to the ronaldo chop, just faster. This & Roulette are the most effective skillmoves against AI defending.

You forgot L1+R1 while receiving a pass only works for 5* skillers & can be stopped in any direction with the left stick
