Honestly , fake shot is useless imo , never did much for me except do a quick stop after a sprint.

@@slyfer81 first touch fake shots are very effective when receiving the ball in the box and a defender is very close to you. Might not work every time but it definitely gets a lot of goals for people.

It’s all about who is closer to the server, handicap, magic dynamics, and other garbage. Now that half the people play with monitors you get delay there also. I agree skill moves don’t register 70% of the time. It’s awesome when you can’t ball roll but your opponent can do 5* skill moves nonstop

Just learn the skill moves really. And stay unpredictable. For example use drag back going back and also fake drag back, so your moves are not too obvious for your opponent

@@TallAndThin123 Don't get discouraged, objectively the presence of a rewards system makes everyone competitive but it also will make you better. But you have to learn all the nooks and crannies of the mode in order to get better, like the chem style that guy stated. You need to learn about the current META and adapt to it, you need to upgrade your team that fits the META, you need to know your team, you need to find your own play style, you need to learn more skill moves, you need to defend better, you need to adapt to the input lag and so on. In a nutshell, the mode is complex and there's so many to learn, you'll be fine if you're willing to learn, do all the hard work and stay humble.......

His camera setting is tele broadcast on default (10, 10). I know this because he said this to me when I asked. Controller settings did he make a vid about if i'm right.

I think what he meant was... even though you are exaggerating your button presses, it was tough to follow. Maybe get the set up, like InceptionXX has, where it shows what you are pressing too off to the lower portion of the screen? I was able to follow you, it took a couple of run throughs to match what you were explaining, which was easy and good info, and also looking at the controller and the visuals of the direction the player was going. You know... "right" might mean right--but also the direction the player was going... that kind of thing. Thumbs up though Boras. You're a great teacher, your free kick tutorial has won me games vs people who foul my build up play or park the bus and get frustrated when I work for the open shot or player when I move the ball around to get open. It's made them pay and think 2x about their 'tactical' rage fouls. ; )

See the videos on EA's admission of the fault. Boras does a vid on it. EA admit they've known about it for years (but were lying about it, the bit they dont say!) There's nothing you can do to change it (presuming you've already checked all the obvious stuff). Have to see if EA tweak it. It's absolutely everywhere on FIFA 20.
