A guy with not many options can’t vanish, not sure how it works with blasts but if he hauled a strike then he’ll get hit by it, and typically an ultimate with hit even if a strike blue card is used by them so. Like a Rush, it can be a life saver

I think it's lackluster how it's only a projectile ult and not long range like some blue cards. But it doesn't necessarily mean they're useless, can still be used all the same as any ult. If you end up summoning to try and get 16, I hope you pull him. He's actually busted with the uncancelable endurance nullification for 50 counts.
