It is so interesting how there are just days when there is nothing you can do to go anywhere near as fast as your best speed. As time goes on, you have to learn to keep working even when you haven't moved the needle for a month. It will come if you keep doing the work. And then one day you jump up one or even two miles an hour. It's so exciting! It's a long process that requires determination and patience. And then there's the part where you try to get the stack speed into your driver swing. Another whole journey.

Just found this channel because I recently started the Stack System and wanted to find other people doing it. I probably gained 4 to 5 mph after just doing the warm up prior to each session. The first time I did the warm up I was gassed. Sweating, breathing hard, heart rate high... If I've learned anything so far it's that I need to warm up properly if I plan to play good golf. And I need to get in better shape.

Love it…I’m in a similar boat…been through 4-5 coaches as I move with the military around the US/overseas, but filmed my swing recently and realized it still looks the same! Swing changes require giving up at least 6 months of time where you just say, I may suck worse for the next 6 months before I get better…I’m feeling you guys! LGLG!!!

Dear chasing scratch, Loved the outtake mention of “Saturday in the Park.” Although Peter Cetera is a great lead singer, I believe another member of Chicago actually sang lead on that song. Even though this unnamed lead singer never got the credit Cetera did, I’ve heard some people actually prefer this singers “upbeat, transformative” style to Cetera’s “slow” and “chart chasing” ballads.
