I may buy this toner, and use it on my scalp. I always come away from watching your videos feeling well-informed. I recently bought some glycolic acid pads, but as the concentration is quite high, I have decided to only use it two times a week. I don’t have particularly sensitive skin, so I should be fine.

Yess I just tried using this Glycolic Acid with my shampoo! I dropped a few drops and it definitely made it “clarifying”; extra foamy and the scent is different. After my usual routine, resulted with bouncier hair and I haven’t put on my hair oil! 🔥

Dear dr Liu, please please help me, I have been researching this for weeks... Can I layer Copper peptide serum (1%) with Matrixyl 3000 serum (8%) without the potential of them itneracting in some way and reducing their efficacy? ( I started worry about this after I read on Timeless skincare website that the don't recomment layering their MAtrixyl 3000 serum with their MAtrixyl Synthe 6 serum due to potential interaction between peptide signaling activities (headbang). I want to layer copper with MAtrixyl because they work in different ways. I don't want to alternate days because all research is done on ingredients used daily, so maybe they are not effective used every other day? Please please help, this drives me to agony:D ( know this is not in line with the video but I chose the newest for the best chance to get a reply.)

A good foot exfoliant is Amlactin Ultra Smoothing 15% Intensely Hydrating Cream. I use it nightly. It really is great for loosening calluses and it makes the nails very healthy.

Hi, I am very fair with sensitive skin and I use this product. I have been using this for a while and although it tingles when applied I have no issues with it at all. The Ordinary says don’t rinse off and I have left it on until my next face or scalp wash. I hope this helps. Also they now sell a smaller bottle and if I may suggest as the Ordinary does as well, do a patch test maybe on your inner elbow. Cheers!

I agree that some of these acids have a smell. I use AmLactin regularly on my body to help cell turnover and keep my eczema at bay. I really dislike the smell of the product. For some reason, to me, it smells like cat pee. Lol
