In this video, Kazushige Sakamoto from Garage Active takes delivery of his first all dry carbon R32 GT-R.
He finished building this car a year and a half ago, and immediately sent it via air cargo to SEMA, the largest automotive trade show in the world.
Since that first event, it was displayed in multiple states and events across the USA, and finally, it has returned to Japan for the next stage of tuning and testing.
Mr. Sakamoto and his team at Garage Active have been building skyline GT-Rs for almost three decades, and they have used this Carbon-R Platform to test the limits of what is possible on this skyline platform.
This car does not only use one of the best engines ever made by HKS, this build spared no expense with every performance part, in addition to comforts like a full leather and carbon interior, air conditioning, and a custom sound system.
His company is currently building several new cars of various specifications for customers in Japan, as well as abroad.
However, in this video, he discusses some of his plans for this particular car, to not only show the capabilities, but to test and improve upon it.
