Thats the oroginal and classic maja blanca…gata lang at asukal walang ibang sahog( na nakikita mo ngayon na may evap at condense pa,kaya naman pala too heavy and sticky) …at ang sikreto pala coconut oil para di sya sticky sa kutsilyo…iyan at ganyang ganyan yung nabibili ko sa naglalako noong bata pako…buti nahanap ko to.. thanks.

How come I dud exactly you said but I already mixing for the past 1 hr & still watery? Maybe you didn’t explain after soaking for 15min, mix cornmeal (throw some of the water) before adding to the boiling coconut. I’ll try like that next time.

Sorry that happened, try using a thicker coconut milk next time
