My first time ever at a Ren Faire was quite an experience . The Renaissance Pleasure Faire in Irwindale California did not disappoint . Jousting , knife throwing , costumes and theming galore !

Renaissance Faires are so much fun especially when you get dressed up and really get into it. Gone to the one in Tampa several times dressed as a gypsy and it is so much fun😊👍

Omg this place has a special place in my heart!!! I was pregnant with my first baby girl. Also my hubby and I decided what kind of wedding we wanted. We did get married in a medieval theme!!!! It was aswome!!! This place is awesome!!!!

We've had big celebrities there before. Angelina Jolie I believe came out once. Lily Collins and Felicia Day used to make it a habit of coming every year. I also think someone said Nathan Fillion used to as well. Collins, Day, and Fillion are not necessarily HUGE celebrities but they're big in nerd and fantasy stuff so I still consider them big!

Love Ren Faires! First date with my now husband, we went to one in Novato, CA. In order to open the gates for the morning rush we had to yell out words and the magic one would open the gate. Something inside me made me blurt out "decadent" and that word opened the gate. Impressed the heck out of my date...... perhaps that is why he married me? Hahahaha. Good video Adam. Enjoy you so much!

Renaissance Faires are (well, were when I could still get out and walk) among my favorite things to attend... when I moved to Germany, I THOUGHT I had seen good Faires in the States (and they were), but in Europe, they are a whole other ballgame.... multiply the "oddness" by thousand! Let's just say, Renaissance people are a whole different breed of cat.... WONDERFUL, but different!

Ray Flower Um... I moved to Germany in 2002 to marry the love of my life, sadly in 2015 my spoused passed away from breast cancer. I stayed because of medical situations. Back home in the States, I would get no care because I can't afford it. I'd rather stay where I get free prescriptions and health care. Don't judge where you don't know the circumstances.... the death my spouse shattered me.

You should look into Castelfest, in the Netherlands. It's a very big ''Renaissance'' faire, and it is widely known throughout Europe. It is known for it's really laidback atmosphere. Kinda like Woodstock meets Renaissance Faire.

It's pretty fun. My school took us as a boy. I have returned a few times throughout the years. A great place to people watch and waste a few hours. Really fun for the kids too.

This was awesome! I've never seen anything like it. It looked like a lot of fun. The people that were dressed up, really stayed in character while you were filming them. Great job Adam. Loved it.

REN is always a good time ! Adam come check out our Arizona Renaissance Festival sometime. Thirty Three Acres of Renaissance Village, all permanent structures. They are open every weekend in February and March. I go in full costume every year, it is a blast. Thank for sharing this vlog.

I went to one of these years ago and it was pretty cool. I just checked and we have a big one (supposedly one of the biggest in the country) that happens every fall down near Charlotte NC. I may have to check it out!
