This has reminded me of the time when I had just reverted to Islam and the first thing my (then) Christian mother told me in response was "it says kill the disbelievers! (in the Quran)"... Now, Alhamdulillah, through patience and prayers, through Allah's Mercy, it is my third Ramadan and my mother's second. Allahu Akbar!

Yaqeen is literally reading my mind. I was reading that verse in Surah Al Baqarah today and was wondering what the original Torah was like as it was referenced. May Allah bless Yaqeen with abundance so you can continue to support us with knowledge

Al-Baqarah 2:79 فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ يَكْتُبُونَ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ بِأَيْدِيهِمْ ثُمَّ يَقُولُونَ هَٰذَا مِنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ لِيَشْتَرُوا۟ بِهِۦ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًاۖ فَوَيْلٌ لَّهُم مِّمَّا كَتَبَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَوَيْلٌ لَّهُم مِّمَّا يَكْسِبُونَ So woe to those who WRITE the 'scripture' with their own hands, then SAY, "This is from Allāh," in order to EXCHANGE it for a small price. Woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they earn.

Allah says in surat Al Imran مصدقا لما بين meaning the Quran being a correction of what was left from the Torah and Injeel. (As they had been distorted and corrupted by men over time) leading to verse 3:3 من قبل هدى ..... these books had provided guidance from way before ( the revelation of Quran). BUT NOT ANY MORE! Why would Allah send a new Rasool for us and messenger to them if their books were still valid ? To apease them? To excuse their many corrupt ways or even justify them? No!! Allah send the Quran to set them straight and give mankind one last book which Is guarded by angels, a warning and glad tidings to those who attach themselves to it. Our Beloved clearly warned us from seeking guidance in those books.

Ever thought that all Revelations before the Qur'an must have been included in the Qur'an, with nothing left behind? All Divine Revelations before the Qur'an, Allah make it sure that it was all corrupted as a whole, there is no single truth left behind, and only The Qur'an is the single truth. If there is a chance of left over truth from the Revelations before the Qur'an, then the Qur'an is not perfect. If the Qur'an is not perfect and complete? Then you can imagine the consequences don't you? Allah says in the Qur'an, that the Qur'an is complete and perfect, why bother thinking about corrupt and old manuscript?

Al-Ahqaf 46:4 Say, [O Muḥammad], "Have you considered that which you invoke besides Allāh? Show me what they have created of the earth; or did they have partnership in [creation of] the heavens? Bring me a scripture [revealed] before this or a [remaining] trace of knowledge, if you should be truthful." Do you think they have even the slightest of knowledge from earlier scripture or do you think Al Quran is telling the truth?

Therefore Allah swt Will preserve His Last Book .

"An-Nasaa'i and others narrated from the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) that he saw a page of the Torah in the hand of 'Umar ibn al-Khattaab (may Allah be pleased with him). He said: "If Moosa were alive, and you were to follow him and leave me, you would go astray." According to another report: "… he would have no option but to follow me." According to another version, The face of the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) changed when 'Umar showed that to him, and one of the Ansaar said to him: O son of al-Khattaab, do you not see the face of the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)? 'Umar said: I am content with Allah as my Lord, Islam as my religion, and Muhammad as my Prophet." What about this narration? Brother Sulaiman. During the life of our Messenger, he didn't permit anyone to follow anything from the Torah after the revelation of the Quran. So, in the Quran, Allahh said to believe in his angels, messengers, and books according to our available interpretation of the Quran. Why does this hadith contradict with the aya of surah al baqarah 2:285? We all know Messenger never lied, and Allahh never lied. However, we do not understand the Quran as Allah revealed it. We must find out what Allahh meant about the word "Kutubihi." Is Allahh talking about books to follow or something else? "The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "You will follow the ways of those nations who were before you, span by span and cubit by cubit (i.e., inch by inch) so much so that even if they entered a hole of a mastigure, you would follow them." We said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! (Do you mean) the Jews and the Christians?" He said, "Whom else?" What about this hadith? If we must read their books and hold their scriptures according to you, this hadith contradicts your claim. Because the Messenger of Allahh said, follow this Quran and hold it tight, and you will never go wrong, he never mentioned holding Torah or other scriptures. When Allahh says Injeel in the Quran, is he talking about any scripture, or is it something else? He also talks about Zubur and Suhuf. Allahh sent the Quran because earlier scriptures got corrupted. Allahh mentions in the Quran that this Quran exposes their false claims and corruptions and never follows them. This means we must discover the meanings of "Musadikhanlima" and "Muhaimeen." He said if you follow them and teach anyone anything wrong, the punishment will be this, which is in surah al Maida aya 32. Brother, you said the Messenger of Allah interprets the whole Quran. When did he interpret the entire Quran, and where is the original interpretation book? As we all know, he never interprets the Quran, so why would you say that?

It seems to me, you never read 46:4 قُلْ أَرَءَيْتُم مَّا تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَرُونِى مَاذَا خَلَقُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ أَمْ لَهُمْ شِرْكٌ فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ ۖ ٱئْتُونِى بِكِتَـٰبٍ مِّن قَبْلِ هَـٰذَآ أَوْ أَثَـٰرَةٍ مِّنْ عِلْمٍ إِن كُنتُمْ صَـٰدِقِينَ Pay attention to the signature of the aya "Where it says Bring me a scripture before this one (if you can) or even a trace of evidence-based knowledge if you are truthful". You know that the Torah was lost at the time of the revelation of the Quran. And Infact the Quran was revelead to CORRECT the corrupted scripture of Torah. In another aspect of your TALK, you failed to mention the narrations of Rasullah Mohammad when he got upset when he found OMAR with the corrupted scripture and has warned him against from reading it. (I think you know very well this narrations) I am really struggling to see what is the whole purpose of this lecture other than to deny the authoritatives of the QURAN.

Al-Jathiyah 45:6 تِلْكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱللَّهِ نَتْلُوهَا عَلَيْكَ بِٱلْحَقِّۖ فَبِأَىِّ حَدِيثٍۭ بَعْدَ ٱللَّهِ وَءَايَٰتِهِۦ يُؤْمِنُونَ These are the verses of Allāh which We recite to you in TRUTH. Then in what statement AFTER Allāh and His verses will they BELIEVE?

An-Najm 53:28 وَمَا لَهُم بِهِۦ مِنْ عِلْمٍۖ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّۖ وَإِنَّ ٱلظَّنَّ لَا يُغْنِى مِنَ ٱلْحَقِّ شَيْـًٔا And they have thereof NO knowledge. They follow NOT EXCEPT ASSUMPTION, and indeed, assumption avails not against the truth at all.

If Torah is still valid and has not been corrupted modified. What about Hadith prophet Mohammad SWAT telling عمرِ خطاب رضی not to read Torah

Al-Kahf 18:5 مَّا لَهُم بِهِۦ مِنْ عِلْمٍ وَلَا لِءَابَآئِهِمْۚ كَبُرَتْ كَلِمَةً تَخْرُجُ مِنْ أَفْوَٰهِهِمْۚ إِن يَقُولُونَ إِلَّا كَذِبًا They have NO knowledge of it, nor had their fathers. Grave is the word that comes out of their mouths; they speak NOT EXCEPT LIES.

I wanted to read Tawrat, Zabur, Injil also this ramadan with good intentions but I can't find them anywhere. There are just so many versions of Bible that it confuses me to choose one and totally can't find tawrat and zabur. I just also wanted to read what the other books of my lord say but this world has changed it so much that I can not know that what words are originally from my lord and what is added by humans in it

Al-Baqarah 2:26 إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَسۡتَحۡىِۦٓ أَن يَضۡرِبَ مَثَلًا مَّا بَعُوضَةً فَمَا فَوۡقَهَاۚ فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ فَيَعۡلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ ٱلۡحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّهِمْۖ وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فَيَقُولُونَ مَاذَآ أَرَادَ ٱللَّهُ بِهَٰذَا مَثَلاًۘ يُضِلُّ بِهِۦ كَثِيرًا وَيَهۡدِى بِهِۦ كَثِيرًاۚ وَمَا يُضِلُّ بِهِۦٓ إِلَّا ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ“ Aal-e-Imran 3:7 هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ عَلَيۡكَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ مِنۡهُ ءَايَٰتٌ مُّحۡكَمَٰتٌ هُنَّ أُمُّ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَأُخَرُ مُتَشَٰبِهَٰتٌۖ فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِهِمۡ زَيۡغٌ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ مَا تَشَٰبَهَ مِنۡهُ ٱبۡتِغَآءَ ٱلۡفِتۡنَةِ وَٱبۡتِغَآءَ تَأۡوِيلِهِۦۗ وَمَا يَعۡلَمُ تَأۡوِيلَهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُۗ وَٱلرَّٰسِخُونَ فِى ٱلۡعِلۡمِ يَقُولُونَ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ كُلٌّ مِّنۡ عِندِ رَبِّنَاۗ وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّآ أُوْلُواْ ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ An other question to Think about? If the the so called Thora that was present at the time of The messenger was containing some truth why did Allahh said in this ayat the following Be carefully that you do not fit the description of those who do this. Of course you will say I’m not writing. But you are giving the wrong interpretation. So you are misleading. ( conscious or non consciously) that I leave to Allahh to judge. Do not discuss this with anybody except with Allahh if you really want to be guided.

Does the Quran contain the original Zabuur and Injeel as well?

The Injeel is not a book -------------------------------------- The Tawraah of Moossa is the book of Eessa. And (remember), when We (Allaah) turned a company of jinns towards you (Muhammad) to listen to the Quraan, they arrived when it was being recited, and they said: "Keep silent." When it was over they came back to their people, warning them: "O our people:" they said: "WE HAVE LISTENED TO A BOOK WHICH HAS COME DOWN AFTER MOOSSA (where is the Injeel as a book?), confirming what was (sent down) before it, showing the way to the truth and a path that is straight. The Zabour is not a book ---------------------------------------- Like many Prophets, Dawood received Zabour (excerpts of The Book in the Preserved Board).

When G-d has his covenant with someone he does not charge his mind. G-d knows what’s going to happen now till the end of day hHe is not limited by time like human being. If he made a decision He knows what he is doing He knows if u are going to sin or not when He gave the Torah to the Jews He knew what He was doing.

At 4:30, I wonder if he is talking about the 7 Noahide laws for all mankind. Those 7 laws are foundational. Also, under the 7 Noahide laws all Muslims are considered righteous peoples who attain the afterlife. This is true in the Torah.

You're claiming that the interpretation of the Qur'ān is preserved through the sunnah of the prophet? If so, who interpreted it? Could you kindly show or point us to the proofs /evidences from the narrations if you are truthful?

Salaamun alaykum. There is no question that the Torah is a divinely inspired scripture. The question that comes to mind is that, we as Muslims, what version of the Torah are we supposed to trust? As you rightly indicated, Qur’an 2:79 clearly mentioned that the copy of the Torah currently available was written by their hands and therefore never authentic. But, you said more that sounded contradictory. Secondly, Qur’an 3:50 clearly indicated that at least part of the Torah available at the time of Issah Bin Maryam was annulled. Finally, Qur’an 46:4 certainly shows that at the time of the revelation of the Qur’an, there was not even a trace of the Torah available. All lost through distortion, Qur’an 4:46, 2:75, 28:49, and 37:157. Simply, the part of the Torah that WE Muslims should be concerned with is already included in the Qur’an, Alhamdulilahh. Nothing in the current Torah that is outside the Qur’an contains guidance for mankind. Reflect carefully on the rationale behind the Qur’an being the final word of Allahh that HE Alone protects. Just something to consider. As Muslims, the Qur’an is sufficient as a source of guidance for which Allahh will hold us accountable. Thank you brother.

Then why did the Jews celebrate tilmood of 17 as we shia celebrate Eid Al ghadeer

There are a lot of things that need clarification here; so many claims that would contradict the very essence of the revelations of the Quran and even contradict narrations. does this mean the Torah is still valid? If Zabur was really a book revealed where are its remnants today at least even a page or one verse or two? In one narration the Rasul even restricted Omar RA from accessing the Torah. the most annoying character of the imam despite his talks about genocide in Palestine and Netanyahu I cannot see remorse in his expression. Does really The rasul explain the Quran, if so where are those? we can only see a few of them. and what does it mean by we believe in all previous scriptures? (for me it is mentioned in the Quran simply to inform us that there were these scriptures but they corrupted them so now we replaced them with the Quran). this kind of mentality amongst Muslim scholars just validates the idea, that the Islam practiced by Muslims as we know it today is a cocktail of beliefs (from Zoroastrians, Hindus, Jews, and Christians) away from the real teaching of the Quran. by the way The Quran is here not to confirm any of those scripture, but to correct them. may Allah guide us all to the truth.

Respectfully curious... if Mohammad was born in the 6th century CE and received his word of the Quran in the 7th century CE,, how is it "the original" when Judaic dogma dates back over 2,200 years earlier in (about) 1500 BCE, when most Arabs and people of the region were Zoroastrians?

How in the World you put the Koran was before the Torah . Does Abraham and his son Ishmael was asked by GOD to build the Mecca ???? The Torah was given to the Jews more than 4000 years ago . ‘This World is so confusing that it reminds me a Story of four people in Groenland , having only one blanket , and each one of the four person are pulling the blanket corners then no one was covered .
