Synopsis: An actor who plays the female lead in traditional theatre in Northern Sri Lanka shares his life story with a female documentary filmmaker. After realizing the life difficulties he faces within the family and society due to his sexual orientation, the journalist offers to help the actor to find a transit home as a way of escape.
He refuses her help insisting he should try to survive in his own environment because his struggle is not an individual struggle.

From the film series 'Somewhere in Sri Lanka...' presented by
the Westminster Foundation for Democracy, we will release a film everyday at 6.00p.m. on the Agenda 14 KZfaq channel.

It's only a short run of these film during the festival.
