Omg this is literally so good- it literally almost made me cry--

This book and movie is really something special. I can’t explain it, but when I started this book in school and read the first chapter in class, I thought “oh maybe this will be good!” Then we read the second chapter a day or two later and I was addicted. I read all the way to chapter seven that same day even though I was only supposed to get to three. I tried so hard to stop myself from reading anymore but I couldn’t and I ended up finishing in two to three days. I then watched the movie that following weekend. I’m going to be honest, I have *never* loved a book, *never* loved a movie the way I love the outsiders. There is really something about it. Now I’m watching the movie constantly, I do not shut up about it (which I’m sure has annoyed several lmao), I read fanfics, I make fanfics, I watch edits, I make edits, I reread the book, I find facts and pictures from the movie, and (hopefully!) this summer for my birthday I’ll visit the museum! It might be because I love the 60s, it might be because it was written by a teenager, it might be the characters, it might be the storyline, it’s probably all of this that makes this story so. freaking. good. Whatever it is I hope I never stop loving it. Stay gold!
