Holy cow!!! This really is the best overland video I've ever seen - better than professionally produced and staffed videos!!! It's like a 35 minute infomercial on why someone should take up this lifestyle.

This looks like an incredible trip. The jabroni glasses really cracked me up! I'd be hella freaked out about that daytime bat, isn't daytime flying one of the earliest signs of a rabid bat? Does one or both of you work in the film industry? Because damn, some of those shots, the editing, the colour grading... pretty amazing.

Neither of us work in the film industry, so I’m pleased to hear you liked what we came up with. I’ve tinkered with editing for fun the last number of years, but starting trying to learn more and progress as of late. Kirstie’s hardly ever touched a camera. I got her to start operating a gopro for our other videos. I could see she had a good eye for framing shots. So for this particular video, I decided to step it up and challenge ourselves with some new gear and new format. I’m glad it turned out and people are enjoying it. Thanks again for taking the time and dropping a comment 👊

Sweet video, looks like it could be a TV show. I know you posted this over two years ago, but I am hoping you still get notifications on old videos. I am traveling from Campbell river to Sayward and lastly Telegraph cove, partially following "lower adams road". We are looking to only camp near the beach, and preferably no other people insight. Did you have any luck finding such desserted beach areas that would be suitable for overnight stays? Thanks

Thanks man! The Olympus is working out great. I was really pleased with the footage I was able to get out of the little underrated camera. Someone thought I was using a Sony a7s3 so it seems to be punching above it’s weight lol. It’s not without its limitations, but I’m happy thus far. We are heading out for another week long trip in September so keep an eye out for another video shortly after 👊
