How long you will keep on saying the owners should be jailed because hundreds of people giving such comments but hardly 10 out of hundreds are convicted with little fine and should not own the pets.people like this who abused spaghetti beyond the limit if jailed for 5 good years and fined &5000 then automatically such crimes will at least reduced to 40%.Love from Tanzania
