The OWNER wanted to TRANSFORM his FRONT YARD, so we UPROOTED and completely REMOVED everything

The Owner wanted to Transform and Cleanup his Front Yard, so he asked me to help him get rid of all the bushes and trees, since these plants are over 25 years old and he wants to completely renovate this front yard. Since these bushes are very old, they have very long roots, which made the job difficult, so my helper and I got the job done in two days. We needed Shovels, a small chain saw, two Stihl ms 170 and Ms 162 chain saws, a hand saw to trim stump roots, pruner, rake and a trailer to do the job!

I thought that it was attractive too but some were too close to the house and some, like the egg shape one, had very little live growth. I had an arborist tell me once ,if you prune something in your yard, EVERYTIME that you mow, the bushes will never get out of control.

Looked way to cluttered to me. Looks better cleared out. I'm sure homeowner will make it look nice. 😊😍 Trees also covered a lot of nice windows where no sunlight could get in and also covered the nice bench under the window. None of the other houses seem to have as many trees and bushes as this house.

This is like a class on how to properly and efficiently remove overgrown shrubs! At one time, their low-maintenance probably seemed like a good idea to the homeowners but once overgrown they lose their attractiveness. Nowadays there are so many new, diverse plants available that could make their new front garden more interesting. Great job guys. Great teamwork!

Thank you so much, that's correct, as there was no regular pruning for a long time things got out of control and it was too late to get it back to the way it was, so the Owner decided to remove everything!

You are absolutely right that it was a bansai, in fact there were two of them, one large on the left and one smaller on the right, but this is how they began to look more than 20 years later!

We did this same project to our home of 30 years last spring. Best thing we ever did for our home's appearance. We also made sure to chose the best plants/shrubs for our location and not what the builder decided was the cheapest way to start landscaping. Great work in helping this homeowner with this huge task!

I mean, that's a fairly small yard... it would be no chore and a ton less work just to trim bushes and hedges, weed and pull out select plants if you want to regain "control" over your garden. No need to slash and burn the whole thing. That's crazy talk and a pretty penny to replace all that. And what makes you think it's gonna be maintained this time around?

I like the way you shake off the dirt from the roots. I do the same thing even when I sweep my open garages. I'll skim the leaves leaving the dirt then I throw it onto the grass.

И ничего зеленого, в смысле деревьев кустов, не осталось? Только камень, плитка... Я живу там, где много деревьев, тайна на сотни километров😊 и мне без деревьев, кустов, травы, цветов как-то не нравится. Сейчас я живу в городе, но у нас во дворе 9-этажного дома растут сосны, березы, а я еще посадила около 30 кустов сирени и др. Но ребята молодцы, хорошо работают! С добрыми пожеланиями Россия, Сибирь, Байкал😊

@@kustorez777 prune when the plants are dormant and water if needed. I'm about to do that with a house I just bought which has 30 year old overgrown landscape. t will look awful for a season but will fill in with new green and be more manageable as long as pruned.

Get a winch (come a long) and a tripod - waaay faster geting them stumps and roots out, easier too.

Is not bad every thing in the inside is drybonly the top stays green is not something that they destroyed all those bushes are dry inside and look terrible in close you can tell when they cut

Don’t you just love neighbours who tell you how to do something. That was a hard job but you and your mate tackled it fantastically. I think it looks great with bushes gone it was to cluttered, great video ❤❤Wiltshire 🇬🇧🇬🇧

Lots of hard back breaking work. Great job guys. You can tell the home owner takes care of the yard .by the way it looked before you started. I'm sure they were feeling closed in .in that particular area. And I'm 100% sure whatever they choose to do in that area for landscaping now will look beautiful to

An excellent job guys!!, it was already old and full of roots, it is good after 25 years without having given drastic pruning, that was already very high and expensive to maintain, my husband and I have a small garden in the second house and A couple of years ago we decided that the few trees that there are not to let them grow tall in order to have access to pruning without effort. It really was ugly and dowdy...but the owner will surely come back to replace nice new plants and refreshing to look at. The video has been a pleasure, I liked it a lot🤗👏💪🏼💓.
