All we could use now is a Eastern Front DLC. It could introduce the SVT-40 for Assault, PPSH-41 for Medic, DP-28 for Support, and Mosin Nagant for Recon. Maps could be Stalingrad, Kursk, etc. I think that'd be cool.

Landing on Iwo Jima was both terrifying and intense as the Americans. When we landed, it was super quiet and then everyone opened up in pill boxes. When my team captured Mt. Suribachi and we reached the top, it turned to legit hand-to-hand combat with shovels and knives. So much fun and incredibly intense. This map really made me come back to BFV.

I used to actually own an Enfield Jungle Carbine....a fun and interesting weapon, so I’m pretty excited to see it in game!

Is it just me or is BFV so.. quiet? You see fire and explosions everywhere, but you just dont hear it at all. Like at 6:40 when jack is trying to snipe. You see a lot, you hear nothing. You dont even hear the planes until they are basically right above you.

Played a few rounds of these maps operation style, really enjoyable, already picked up on a few... Patterns in what to play when lol

Its nice that they are using ring finger to fire the jungle carbine in the game. They actually trained this way on Lee Enfields, so that you could grip the bolt like its shown here, so you could reload the rifle far quicker.

The pinkie is pretty important, always go for the index finger since your middle finger can easily learn to compensate for it in most tasks.

The Pacific maps are exactly what BF should have been, don't think I've had a real BF experience playing this game up until now. Unfortunately all my knowledge of Iwo Jima on 1942 didn't transfer but still had a blast.

I think Dice have got it right releasing free dlc over the months, it gives you something to look forward to and prolongs the interest!

for real.... this is exactly what bf needed to bring it back from certain death. ground vehicle spaw, carrier spawn, iconic weapons, vehicles and sound. it all just makes the game an experience rather than a meh computer game. hope for more in the future. d day, market garden, battle of the bulge, all of it!

Excellent job on this DLC! Probably the first very big positive I've experienced with BFV. Honestly, it might be the best DLC released in a BF game or really damn close to it. If they only launched the game with these maps. Good God. Wtf. Finally feels like Battlefield again. This DLC which consists of two maps is better than the entire launch package. Could have just released this alone and it would have been more successful. Just wish it didn't take them this long to pull it off.

I was playing on PS4 with great ping and fiber optics and the pacific was stuttering for me too. Think it's a bit buggy still but that being said it is incredibly fun.

are you changing your rifle's range when shooting at a distance? could be why you're not hitting distant shots

the planes seems as good as they've ever been. you can hit them with the anti air weapon but they will just drop the bombs and go away and repair and come back like always.

I was stuttering all last night, which combined with the fliegerfaust being op really screwed up my flying. My guess is that everyone was getting on to play pacific and it was slowing the servers down?

I'm gutted to have missed this BF title now. Started to get really good in BF1 as a maniac medic in Fort Vaux. I have a few vids but my chan name makes my content much harder to find. But my chan was dead on arrival due to the sheer amount of channels with similar content. I don't do narration tho. I don't feel confident talking into a mic. I talk to myself at times but yo imagine there's an audience I wouldn't know what to say.
