I can't believe this, it has been years since I watched a movie that actually gave me a jump scare, I'm actually smiling right now, I'm saving this for tomorrow so I can give it my full attention. Any movie that can make me actually jump deserves an award, I'm hard core horror, i don't scare easily, but when a movie makes me jump it's worth it

Not a bad way to start 2024 with thriller movies. I've seen a lot of crap lately (Ahem.. Earthtastrophe... cough cough), but this one was decent. It's a bit slow paced, but kept me interested. The only small complaint I have is the wide screen format, but that has nothing to do with the movie itself. I think the acting was pretty good, and since it wasn't a Hollywood movie, it didn't cost 20 million dollars, and a butt load of cocaine to make.

I've got this film, so many people have no idea how many wild dogs in packs are in the world that hunt us humans & to many have criticised this film my praise goes to the director who created this film & for all those who were in this film they were brave especially the family who fought against them it was sad at the beginning those 2 older farmers were lured into the barn It was odd that when she entered the barn the sheep were so quiet it still made me jump when that dog leapt at her face like that bless her that was scary unlike when her husband 1st went out to the barn the sheep were noisy I think the reason why the sheep were quiet because they weren't after the sheep they were after her, I wonder how many people have lost either prime livestock or how many people have been killed by wild dogs I'm curious to know? Maybe I will check it out on Google thanks for sharing this film.

Интересно!Режиссеры когда-нибудь видели последствия укусов простых овчарок?А это волки!Мою подругу две минуты рвала овчарка,вы бы видели,какие ужасающие раны были!Кровь била фонтанами в нескольких местах,мясо кое где было сорвано до кости!Разрывы кожи были 10-15см!и в глубину палец полностью заходил!Она не дрожала,а ее колотило и подкидывало от стресса!Кровь невозможно было остановить!Никакие бинты не помогли!Пришлось разорвать махровое полотенце и им бинтовать!Еслибы скорая опоздала,то она,наверное,умерла бы от потери крови!А в фильме волчара рает лежачего отца,как хочет,а у него только дырочка на руке!Смешно!

Yes, I was bitten by my medium size mongrel dog, it was just a punctured wounds, but it was so deep, blood was dripped nonstop from my thigh. Got 3 stitches and some injections.

Australian films are usually very good, and this one didn't disappoint. A few minor niggles, though. Why was the mothers knife bloodstained before she had actually used it? Why did she put the knife down and run when that was her only (very effective) weapon? Why did she throw away the flaming pole and run, when flames are well known to keep animals at bay? Apart from that, a great film and sterling acting and directing.

Not going straight for the cops radio when you're out of the house and telling them that officer down and to send armed backup? Even though the radio is clearly working even after the crash. Lots of land and potential predators, only one gun and not even a handful of bullets. Zero prepared.
