I want this song to play in the background of my life

I heard this song on the radio last night and I didn't want to forget it so I started writing the lyrics all over my hands and i'm so glad I was able to find it online when I got home. Im Obsessed with The Palms now.

After 8 years, here i am still.

i was volunteering in the Philippines. on one weekend my best friends and I rented a car. there was six of us and only five seats. i basically sat on the lap of one of my friends, head out the window, watching the night sky go by. and everyone put a song in the playlist. one of my friends put this on and now it just brings this feeling of freedom, love and friendship to me when i listen to it. It's great.
