I'm glad that they had screens, but still had simple effects that rely on lighting and such. Not a fan of increased reliance on screens in dark rides.

@@jeremybaker7963 Jeremy, back in 2002. I, too, moved from western NY state to North Central Alsbama. I hate to tell you, but, even after spending 19 years down here, I still haven't gotten used to tornado threats, and probably never will. They terrify me! And this year is especially bad! BTW, what part of NY are you from? And whereabouts are you in Alabama?

It is! I'm so excited about the indoor water park fixing to open up summer of 2022. And Halloween is always a good time to go because the weather is so mild, and all of the scary things come out throughout the park.

The kid coaster is my speed now. Ive obtained neck issues over the years. The corkscrew coaster reminds me of the vortex at kings island they had. Its gone now. Love carnivals and coasters

Got my daughter season passes for The Park at OWA and we've been a few times already. Not the biggest park, but has some great rides and is well taken care of. The movie theatre building was a Wahlburgers until it sadly closed last year.

I agree that version of the boo blaster looks incredible! i think my favorite part is that dark area with all of the skeletons reaching out to you reminds me of old school dark rides

@@angelariggsby6285 State has a mask mandate, and the CDC still recommends wearing a mask since you can still transmit it even though you won't get sick. It's about protecting others.

In Alabama, April 9th governor Ivy made the mask no longer mandatory. So now people don’t have to wear it.

Heyyyy!!! That was one of the BEST Tarzan yells I have heard since Ron Eli or Johnny Weissmuller!! Maaaannnnn,.... come to the Carolinas and visit Carowinds!!! They have some GREAT 'coasters there!!! I can almost guarantee that you will have to pull the seat upholstery out of your butt when you get off of one of those! Lol!! I hope you are doing well!! Thank you for sharing that!!! Hugs!!!

You should come to Ogden Utah Lagoon Amusement park. It just opened last weekend. Currently only open on weekends until June.

Lucy's Retired Surfers Bar used to have multiple locations now I think all that is left is the old one in New Orleans and this new one in OWA.
