Acharya Delson Armstrong is such a wonderful teacher of meditation and I attended a retreat with him recently. He is so humble and likeable; so knowledgeable and a great teacher. Very happy to watch this.

I am coming to the end of a TWIM retreat with Acharya David Johnson who kindly sent me the link to this video. 😁🙏❤️ over the past few months since finding the teachings of Bhante Vimalaramsi, Delson and David, my practice has changed dramatically and I am so very grateful. Thank you for conducting this most interesting and insightful interview. Of all of the fascinating and inspirational things discussed here, when Delson talks about blockages in the mind or anything that we wish to know, “just ask the mind”, seems so simple, and yet it is profound. May all beings be happy, free from suffering and attain the enlightened mind. 😁❤️🙏
