Binge watching your videos changes my mind and makes me appreciate being in such times like these 🤗. I want to keep sharing the TRUTH with people while there is still time. Matt i went through this recently during COVID days. Sleeplessness and anxiety and it led me to search my walk with God and to the calling i had as a born again Christian. This led me to confess my wrongs and sins with those who i wronged, though i believe receiving God's Forgiveness through My Lord Jesus was sufficient. But personal confession was a different experience, it healed quickly years of bad relations, though it was hard and still is but thank you Jesus, He is faithful. Deeper prayers and fasting for God's Grace and leading of Holy Spirit is so real again, i got my sleep back, soured relationship back on track, starting a small ministry of praying with distant friends and relatives etc. etc. Thanks Jesus for awakening me. All i want is to have the fire of my First Love with Jesus (Rev 2 V4-6). I just accidentally saw your beautiful testimony and it reminded me of my recent experience. God bless you.

I went through a very similar time with the God of this universe. Job gone, house gone, marriage gone...he wrappwd me in ghis living sweet arms & carried me through. I went back to my first love, my precious Jesus. It's been painful. Now I trust no man/woman, as the word says...Let God be true & every man/woman a liar. I can discern now when people are being deceitful. Praise God. I love my Jesus above every vain empty thing this world has to offer. Only what is done for Chridt will last. Eventually i was sent to hospital & that's when i surrended it all to the Lord in faith, my walk with Him is closer than ever & im aware i have to rely on Him for everything, He restored the joy of my salvation. Hi- Bless you, brother🙏, I had 17 yrs brain damage from child abuse neglect. Abandoned. Ignored. Left for dead. You are the kind of Christian I can relate to. I have had to fight for every healing but the true deep intimacy w God is real. It was horrid to go through but I also call it the gift of desperation that brought me soo close to Him Im struggling these days. Needed a connection like yours. When I was locked in mental health turmoil for those 2 decades- I had lost everything-- i didnt drink smoke drug or anything --. but was so traumatized from my youth I could not function. I too have lost everything from 2019 when COVID-19 hit (my apartment, finances, car and including my clothes). there were so many days I had to go without food to eat. This challenge has cause me to depend more on God and for me to draw closer to Him. It’s been ruff for me, but I’m so thankful that God is with me even when I felt I was in this by myself. I'm going through constant fatigue, anxiety, and insomnia. I'm so understood by those around me. I try to push myself. I keep calling on Jesus and abiding in His word. I do feel alone. But I will hold on to His promises. Thank you for the encouragement .

I go through stages like this... I have on fire seasons, fully alive, feeling great and then back done to being exhausted, unmotivated, almost depressed. This was really encouraging.

I’ve been dealing with anxiety for a really long time and the only time it goes away or is at ease, is in Christ. I found this maybe close to 10 years ago, but started following works again, trying to get closer to God. I remember he had put 30 on my heart right before I kinda fell away again, but last year turning 30 right as covid hit the states, lots of things started changing in my life. Everything else was falling apart around me but God was really good to us. I bought a house, after going back and forth on if it was the right time or not, I put my faith in God to see us through it and went forward with in faith. And it’s been a really good blessing and hasn’t been as hard as I thought it was going to be. My priorities changed a lot this past year, doing a lot of growing up, realizing I have been squandering my blessings. And then a friend reached out to me to join a bible study and I’ve been pursuing God since. The difference is this time, He really drove it home to me, that my worthiness and righteousness is in Him. I don’t have to earn anything. And since then, so much has been opened up to me. My anxiety, impatience, temper from being so stressed, and everything going on around me seems so small now. I’m not worried about it. And honestly, even when my faith hasn’t been on Him and has been on other things, most namely myself, he has been faithful through it all. Constantly blessing my life and those around me. I think it’s important to understand we are in a relationship with God, because of the covenant Christ established, and like all relationships, it has to grow. We probably all know what it is like to force a relationship, and trying to force one with God is no different. Just be genuine and eager to learn and He will reveal to you what you need. I’ll also add my prayer life has changed. It’s gone from whining and praying for my way to be done, to just thankfulness and asking for things that pertain to the Spirit. Those prayers are the prayers that get answered. God bless you. It’s always good to hear the testimony of another who’s life has been impacted. Maybe if all could turn to God, we would realize how small most of our problems really are and be able to prioritize what is important to the Lord.

Indeed downward spiral of surrender is real yet God is powerful amidst all that. God is victorious to win you after all you went through.

Thank you. I subscribed because your genuineness shines through. I wish I was where you are now when I was your age. I am thankful that I no longer am in the dark. I also was housebound and unable to read (I forgot what I read 10 words earlier. Doctors could do no nothing. All I could do was listen to Alexander Scourby read the Bible. Like you I was alone with my mind daily. The Lord is healing, at His pace, in His timing, and I am coming out of that dark hole. At every moment I was comforted bu our Lord and Saviour. Praise God.

Went through dire things...trusting him. 4 years later, I was still afraid to go out unless He told me to. I even made it to America because He told me to go...from the UK. One day, He touched my cheek. The cold air and noise around me changed to warmth and silence and He said...Babs, I'm with you.where you go, everywhere you go. I was healed instantly, totally, completely. The past week has been hard. I started having panic attacks again because of the stress in my life. Couldn’t sleep tonight and I felt so powerless and desperate. Came here to watch your videos and was able to find some peace. I so need strength and His peace right now.

Wow. What a powerful anointing you have on your life. So encouraging to hear about your story. Jesus not only meets us in the midst of our pain and suffering but he gives a supernatural peace and comfort in the valley. Your videos bring me such hope... what you said at the beginning of this video was literally like listening to my own story except I lost my wonderful mother and all this happened in 2020, other than that our stories are so incredibly similar .but that’s the only difference. I KNOW God lead me to your channel. I know I’ve told you this before, but it just gets me every time I hear your videos. My insomnia sometimes I feel is going to be my demise. But I keep praying. I’m sending this video to my dad, please pray he watches... he also suffers from insomnia but his grief is not subsiding at all yet, it hasn’t been a year yet and holidays are very difficult, every holiday since I was born has been at my moms. She loved cooking and decorating and now my family never gets together even though we all live within 5 minutes of each other. I had 3 siblings, my older brother died in 2000 of a heart attack, but he had 3 kids and between myself, sister and younger brother and step nieces( from my older brothers wife’s new husbands kids) I know confusing! But there was always a minimum of 20 people at moms for the holidays, this thanksgiving it was me , my 2 kids and dad and at my house. Christmas will be the same but at my sisters, my younger brother has distanced himself for some reason, he says it’s due to Covid yet he sees my dad who is around the rest of us. Sorry I’m going on such a long rant, can’t believe I just vented about my personal life on a public platform! I normally would not do this. I kinda want to delete this but there must be a reason I felt compelled to tell you all this. Anyway, as always, thank you for what you do , your videos ALWAYS have a positive impact on me. I feel so blessed to have found your channel. I don’t feel so alone anymore because you’re literally the only person I’ve heard that literally ( right down to losing your relationship) went through the same thing ive been going through.( Lyme, INSOMNIA, feeling alone, can’t look at screens) it’s.almost unbelievable! So genuine. So real. Suffering got me into a beautiful place-end of self. I understand the peace that exudes from you because of where God allowed me to be for that time. He has a plan far bigger than we can imagine at the time because it hurts so bad, but when we come THROUGH we see only a glimpse, but have much more HOPE. There's an interesting thing that happens when I do. I feel a great joy in me despite my lack of sleep or battles I've gone through. Oh been there with the lack of sleep and no matter where I was I was miserable and was having panic attacks and suicidal. Yet asking for prayers. I was anorexic and lack of sleep snd food put me in this hell on earth. I can only imagine what you were going through. So glad you at least knew God as your savior. People don’t really understand till they have gone through this. I didn’t understand why I was going through it and maybe you don’t either. Because how can we reach out till we have been in that valley of the shape death. Because I believe that is one of the valleys of shadow of death. And we have come out the other side rejoicing know how if he could deliver us from that then we can completely trust him. God bless you and continue to use you. Hello. It's so amazing to hear your testimony because of how especially close your joy through trial mirrors my own experience. It was the hardest time of my life, yet because of Christ it was the best time of my life. The pain and suffering was an open window into his heart! It was as if I was tasting a mere drop of the blood Christ has poured out for us. I got to see how much we are Loved!! It was euphoric and transcending. His power is most definitely made perfect through suffering. I wrote poems during that time. I broke free of the chains of sin. I forgave my enemies. I was a totally new man because I knew Christ in a way I never did before. He has provided for me, restored me, healed me, and shown me things were possible I couldn't even dream of. I plan to watch the rest of your videos, but it is 1:20 am here now and I need to get to sleep. I really hope I can talk with you someday, I am 26 and I want to do more for the Lord. Something I thought of when I was going through the worst of the worst was; "how can anyone do this without Jesus?!" and it really hit me how impossible it must be for people to survive situations like this without Christ. He really can fill the place of every missing piece in our lives!

Thank you Matt for making those videos. I have been battling anxiety disorder for more than 10 years. The past few weeks have been really hard for me as my engagement just ended. I sometimes have the mind to just end it all. I can’t sleep at night, fighting panic attacks. Your videos give me hope, which I so desperately need it right now. I sometimes felt God just left me and I was in utter despair. I do hope one day I will get to see the light at the end of the tunnel and get to see this beautiful world again just like you have done.

I been dealing with sickness for almost 3 years , doctors couldn't help me . They literally told me they could not understand what was happening to me , my last doctor said my case had him confused but God healed me . I just found this channel. I became a born again christian 20 years ago and was shocked when I experienced that peace that surpasses all comprehension. I was so on fire for God. Now 20 years later the exact same thing happened to me in 2018 and I have been in bed physically and mentally ill by disabling major depression...crying day and night or sleeping. Paralyzed..where I cannot pick up my phone or talk to anyone even my kids. Cannot concentrate on a thing. In such a deep, dark black pit. I have been to doctors, pastors, keep repenting and crying out to Jesus for mercy. It is horrible. I do not know what is going on or why. Please, will you and anyone else reading this please pray for me. Maybe it is a demon. Can someone please help and pray that the demons let me go. I do not even know if it is a demon but it is such a horrible place I am in what else can it be. I love Jesus soo much. I feel like he is angry or disgusted with me as I am with myself. I have not led anyone to the Lord yet but I have been witnessing. I repent and am sorry. Please pray for me. Thank you !!

Hi Matt...I found your page through a Michael Criswell comment. Glad I did. I was struck down with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia at 25 and I lost everything! I became a real born again Christian at 31. You know how I see this illness ?(I am much better but still deal with it) I see it as Love from the Lord. Like when he twisted Jacob's hip out of whack so he would stick close to Him. That is how I see it (most of the time 😁 don't like the brain fog much) but I see how this illness has been a blessing and an act of Love from my father. I am going through a very big thing at this time and I asked that I have faith like those great people in the Bible. Be able to sleep in a boat while storms rage! He heard me and I am experiencing the Lord in a whole new way.. Sometimes scary but when He speaks and I do nothing but let Him lead me there is nothing.. Nothing greater than that. I don't want to do anything without Him. I look forward to checking out your videos. Many blessings!

God is great Matt, and yes God is so good he will lift us up from the lowest and leads us to Victory no matter what the circumstances or situation. What the enemy meant for evil God turned to good and he will use your testimony of Victory to encourage and build the faith of others. Sometimes we go through trials we don't understand in our walk with the Lord, but we grow during our worst times/trials. You didn't go through that experience for nothing, through that experience you will help others that are going through the same thing and will lift up their faith and hope to wait and trust in the Lord. David said in Psalms 119:71; It is good for me that I have been afflicted so that I might learn your statues. I was touched by your testimony because I have been through something similar myself years back wondering when things will get better, but my Lord delivered me. It was a growing experience for me that I will never forget. When Job went through his trial he said in Job 42:5 - I had only heard about you before but now I have seen you with my own eyes. It's in those difficult times that we get to know our loving God, he will never leave us or forsake us. I'm glad you're doing videos, and may God keep you and protect you and bless you and all you do. I will close with this: 1 Peter 1:7-8 7. That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: 8. Whom having not seen, you love; in whom, though now you see him not, yet believing, you rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:

U have what I want, I lost everything in 2018 too and it hasnt stopped, everything I've been thru has effected my faith so much, every faucet of my life has been effected including chronic illness for 7 yrs, I don't know how to do this, it's me and brain in bed almost all day for going on 3 yrs, I feel so lost, the suffering is intense as well as the fear

Listening to your message. I'm struck by what you said about one day at a time. Are you taking that literal? We should right? Things somethings are and have to be scheduled in advance and I think that's biblical. Paul told churches he was going to come visit (when God instructs him to). But your message just made me realize that we put such a focus on the future. Even Christian leaders will counsel others in making plans and having a vision board like Abraham they say. And the common "where do you see yourself in 5 years?" You're almost considered irresponsible if you don't have a plan. But I just noticed that's really contrary to what the whole life of in Christ is about because a) our days are already planned by God that we may walk in them. And the whole Idea of living in the Spirit is not to try to be like God and plan for the future but to be obedient in the moment to the Holy Spirit. So how far can we take that in terms of not making plans for the future but truly take it one day at a time?

Sounds like you had an advanced version of adrenal fatigue. Those are all the symptoms. Your sympathetic nervous system was on overdrive pumping out adrenaline making you wired. I’ve been dealing with a very similar version of what you went through. It is rough.Funny how the Lord brought me to your video to encourage me. I’m also thankful God brought me to the leading Dr who has written the books and knows how to heal it. Plus I’m learning how to receive healing direct from God.

As a musician poet I know that's straight from the Lord. Pray for me I'm trying to get off sleeping meds it's so hard I've Insomnia and anxiety also and feel house bound I go 3 days then body feels like it's going crazy and have again trying thought God knows this.
