If it wasn't for this channel I wouldn't have realized the importance of timing when it comes to cooking chicken. To get perfectly cooked chicken there seems to be a 5 minute window of time where 2 and a half minutes in either direction (undercooked or overcooked) can make or break the chicken.

I'll take the burger score - something wrong with that. And the price - swear they seem to be cheaper/you get more on delivery in East. But the wings are good, they're just a different style where it's about the sauce, toppings and chicken quality (far better than your average bossman). Man's judging it like it's supposed to be a spicy dry wing when he ordered basic sweet BBQ. If you want dry wings then it's definitely better going elsewhere.
