In 2005 Vietnam had to choose a second language for their Country, the options were Russian, French or English they chose English . Can someone provide Mr Trudeau with a recent copy of the Routard for Vietnam, where was the Canadian Ambassador where was anyone from the Canadian Foreign Ministry?
