I think that if there was a relic that let you take all most of the card rewards you wouldn't use it, but it would be amazing occasionally.

Someone called out the Tea Set + Lantern was a great setup for bottling the WW, then you declined when it was offered. Just wondering why? EDIT: Sorry, you got around to it later. To elaborate, is it because later fights requiring AoE are typically summon fights where multiple enemies aren't present on turn 1?

I think the other reason was that he often wants to use Feed first before using Whirlwind to KO everything (he later got enough relics to essentially make Whirlwind really strong and deal 100+ damage at turn 1), so he doesn't always want to play Whirlwind at turn 1.

Box and bell are just good no? Even if you get 3 duds on bell they're still helpful and advance the relic pool. With box, it's more often than not a significant improvement over your current deck because of just how bad base cards are. Astrolabe is probably more rng dependent than any of the others listed

@@jis11 astro is a select few cards with upgrades, can't really go wrong. Panda removes all the defensive basic tools! And bell while good (my favorite) is also a curse, which is a significant setback
