Stunning build, Imperatur! One simple critique, however. At the end of the video, the right side of the docks seem to be inaccessible. It's an uber small detail, but easily fixed. P.S. Your builds are by far the best I've ever seen, and I've seen quite a few CS builds. So I'm hoping that instead of discomfort, my comment gives you great joy and encouragement despite the small critique. Keep up the magnificent work!

I saw this coming a mile away: Imperatur is the single best-equipped builder to deal with CS:2. Because he's been building vanilla CS:1 forever, and the vanilla CS:2 tools are actually a big improvement over original CS:1. Like a HUGE improvement. It also makes him used to dealing with stuff like having to place bushes indivdiually. People like me, who use 100 mods to run CS:1, are flat on our backs until modders catch up with CS:2. But vanilla players? They were ready right out of the gate. And with the new camera mode, most graphic mods aren't needed any more for cinematics! TL;DR: Fantastic work, Imperatur. I expected nothing less from the best vanilla builder in the CS community, period. You're so good even someone who runs as many mods as I do use your builds!

Beautiful city! The CBD area with a central green corridor reminds me of Shenzhen and Guangzhou, I was hoping this city will remain in medium density, but I guess without skyscrapers there are no skylines... Enjoyed your video!

I'm struggling to decide if CS2 is worth the buy. You are, in my eyes, the master of CS builds. What do you like about the upgrade? What do you wish for improvements? As always, your videos are an enjoyment to watch with a warm cup of coffee on a weekend morning.

You might like to try TAA anti-aliasing method in game settings, made game look lot less jittery for me.

Underground parking lots look better than surface parking

I don't think surface parking lots such as seen at 6:40 are the right choice. I think you could make the city more beautiful/efficient if you had two or three parking garages at the very edges of downtown and have transit hubs for tram and bus there so people can easily change from their cars to public transport into downtown. I'd wager you would make more money that way as well

so cool, but 1 thing, i don't like it when u make it grid-like zoning, i love asymmetrical but still in geometry of main road. only my preferences, good job tho

I feel that due to the lack of being able to add real detail and being able to select individual buildings or at least make ones you want and like historical kinda lends to a situation where even the best builds are being significantly limited. That quay area where boats should be looks good. But also empty becuase you can't add boats. Either way, great build as always. But I'm going to be living this game through you and hold my money until I see a way I can get enjoyment out of the game. Which does not look to be there for me, yet.

Enjoyed your CS1 Videos so much. But these CS2 Videos are too fast paced, the lighting of the map is bad and with all those strong coloring of the assets (especially the grid at the roads covering everything in grey) while building it is not enjoyable to see the city grow and to see all the fine the details for what I love you videos for. 🙁 And after all is built we just have some seconds to see the result in clear view.

Like real life? 😁 Naah, antialiasing looks really bad, still a lot of LOD pop-ins (god bless UE5), no grass, no placeable objects, exposure settings bad outside photo mode, everything looks cartoonish ... CS1 looked more realistic than this. Will need a lot of work and mods! 😁

Are you being payed from CO to put these titles in your videos? Bc it is not absolutely stunning right now, with all the performance problems, and multiple broken mechanics, they said throughout the months to be stable or whatever. Honestly it's disappointing as hell, for now.....this sequel is gonna age fine, over time, when it'll be fixed and with mods.
