Are you running the development build? So far the highest version I have found is 4.0.0.299

I think I'm one version behind. I'm on 4.0.0.256. Updates are pretty frequent and I miss some occasionally :)

I cant get this to work. I have the latest unstable build and it's not showing up in city construction kit or in saved games. In fact, all of my .mapx files aren't showing up. Any tips?
