Great footage of the Island female on the hunt. She was at a distinct disadvantage being below the Impala but the patience showed by both the Island female and the cameraman was remarkable. As always guys, loved every moment, thank you so much.

Great video. The sable is such a beautiful animal! Too bad we don't see more of them. But good things are precious and scarce, like gold is less abundant than silver.

Mala Mala means Sable..There used to be lots 50 years ago on Mala Mala , Flockfield and Charleston, Toulon Farmsplus but Impala the goats of the Bush downgraded the Sable preferred habitat

Those black Sable antelopes look so beautiful. Leopards may be small but very strong for their size.

Great video! I do not think that the Island Female🐆 was in good striking position for her "great leap forward", which I think was the reason that she could score at least one Impala. The sable antelope was beautiful. Good to see the Gowrie male is still hanging in there.

I think the leopard would’ve killed one of those impalas when it was at the corner near the water when their rear ends were turned but it could not see them as it waited for one to come to the water to drink. Very smart hunting techniques by the leopard though. Thanks for sharing!

I saw what you did there with the subtle update on the ongoing lion dynamics drama while the wind blows his mane……I keep thinking a decisive battle is imminent but so far they seem to be good at avoiding it. I wonder how many more months this could go on for

Looks like none of the older Impalas ever want to sacrifice itself and become somebody 's lunch. Then the Leopard could have his meal, the rest of the dieing of thirst family members finally drink their water in peace, go in the Bush grazing and making more babies undisturbed from a hungry Leopard chasing them.

I'm waiting for the day a Leopard is filmed realising and using Water for cover..only a pair of Green eyes above water until the leap Leopards, they use every other means of stalking & attack.
