I preheated the oven at 350 degrees and bake it for 45 minutes. You can bake it less than 45 minutes, according to the browness you prefer.

Hey hun if I want to make 3 cakes do I triple the ingredients

1 1/2 cups butter or three sticks of 4 oz butter 1 1/2 cups of sugar 6 eggs 3 teaspoons vanilla essence 2 1/4 cups flour 3 teaspoons baking powder I used 3 tablespoons of milk, but for the three, you can 12 to 14 tablespoons of milk. This is a 7-inch small cake.

I wanted a small cake. I tried the recipe and it baked with a good crumb but it shark considerably. I don't want to doubt the recipe but something's off.
