Hay un error ...la chancha tiene olor fuerte por las crías que ha tenido y es más barata por qué la venden de más edad ..el macho en más caro pero su carne es mejor y no tiene aroma...ahora la gastronomía peruana lejos es la mejor ..cada vez que vuelvo a mi país me voy bien satisfecho con la comida ..rico Perú !!!

Para que distorsionar con comidas de países q no pintan en gastronomía, más bien q se fusiones con la mexicana y argentina, son las mejores
