My Peugeot PH10L from 1982 -ish. I bought this beat up steel bicycle for 30 bucks then put thousands of miles on it after fixing it and sourcing parts. In this video I talk a bit about the history of Cycles Peugeot and my specific model. Carbolite 103 frame, helicomatic freewheel hub, Simplex derailleurs - very French bicycle right when things were starting to go standard. Its my baby - I love it no matter if it does gather some dust for a few weeks or months these day. I believe this bike was also branded as the "Tourmalet" after the Col du Tourmalet which is the highest paved mountain pass in the French Pyrenees(often used in the Tour de France).
French bicycles can be a pain if your goal is to upgrade them - this one is just modern enough that keeping it mostly original with minor upgrades hasn't been too hard. In future videos I will get more into truly modernizing vintage frames.
I shot this with my GoPro Hero 8 Black and Canon 5DIV.
