One thing i noted is that on Jin Mi's resurrection, When you see her father sending her off to get married. It is her father from before The Water Immortal. This whole series was tragic and showed how a little misunderstanding can totally become something major. I actually felt sorry for Sui He, I do not care what she done she didnt deserve that ending, it was cruel ( I know only hinted at here but in the book explained in more detail ) Both Brothers suffered heavily. Phoenix though was her true love and always was. Getting someones love through deception and lies is not getting love and never will. I wished the Jade Emperor (his brother) realised he had someone who truly loved him with all her heart in Kuang Lu and accepted her. But i guess was not meant to be. Really loved this series was great :)

I wish we had an ending that displayed more of Jinmi and Xu Feng... we barely got any scenes and in them, Xu Feng was ignoring Jin Mi for the most part (I think this was due to criticisms in another drama very similar to this one that they ignored the kid too much, so they went to the other extreme...)

I need to see them together more too. It was simply not enough. The chemistry between them is the reason I kept watching but I feel I didn’t get enougg

I agree! After all that heartache and distress, I needed some wholesome romantic scenes with them at least for 20 min or so. I was so unsatisfied with the ending. I feel like it was intentional, so that we'd get more hooked to it and desperate to see them together. Thereby, rewatching it.

I think after the whole wedding she got taken away to a far away land but she is not allowed to leave the demon realms as punishment by Jin Mi and the Liu Ying since she tampered with the sincerity stone to rig the wedding in her favour, as for who Sui He is, she was the leader of the bird tribes who fell in love with the Phoenix (Xu Feng) but he wont reciprocate her feelings back cause he is in love with Jin Mi
