I have health issues that effect my sleep patterns. Yesterday I was really sleep deprived and it was giving me anxiety attacks. My husband helped me turn this on. It helped me calm down enough to fall asleep and I slept through to the end!! (I normally only sleep in 45 - 90 minute chunks) I can't remember when I slept for six hours straight. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart!

Haha don’t worry! It’s about 1 hour but I add sleep music/ ambience because KZfaq plays ads at the end of the videos and some people like to fall asleep with the video on so I don’t want them to be woken up by a loud ad

I have been suffering with very poor sleep patterns for around 3 years now and trying to get a video that will help me with my sleep for about about the same amount of time. This is the only video that has worked and I have tried probably around a hundred of them. Thanks for what you do it means a lot. Getting a good night's sleep is so important for us.

hi sleepy good knight! this is my first time seeing your stuff i thought u might want constructive feedback from someone wildly less success than u lol so take it with a grain of salt. also this is based on the part of the story i have sampled so far, so this may change, and i am noticing that the strength of what i heard was the vivid descriptions, most of the time it was the narrator talking except for when riker said red alert or whatever. i suggest a mindful recognition that more dialogue and direct quotations can also make things more vivid in a different way. like in old radio shows like the shadow, lots of times radio shows are like 99% dialogue, the actors talking. admittedly it is convenient to have the narrator give relaxing and vivid descriptions, but even those could be snuck into dialogue e.g. someone visits counselor troi for a guided meditation-- a meditation within a meditation so meta! also dialogue can make listening a less lonely experience (like you are with and listening to the characters) and develop the characters in a more specific and impactful way. anyways all this stuff might be already addressed in other parts of the story/other episodes/etc so this was just my initial impression. i wouldnt have taken a moment to type all this if i didnt think that doing stories like this is an amazing idea! i hope u keep it up :)
