i remember doing this like 2 years ago. im a veteran (started in late 2016). didnt knew how to play for 1 year but still somehow managed to get a few galleons. then i got a man o war. i was the happiest man on the planet then. with it i got a 1st rate. the happiness is 100x more than the one before. i was happy and proud for a month that i captured a west india companie's 1st rate. and with that i completed the jewel of the caribbean. now i have a british marque, coloured all my ships british, named all by ships british the way they where irl suppose my 1st rate "hms victory" or my 2nd rate "hms aggememnon". now i own 4 1st rates 2 2nds 1 man o war 3 frigatea and so much more i even got the sovereign of the seas after completing "a siren's chilling melody" this is the only game other than minecraft and roblox to give so many memories (if i list all, this comment would be huge"

Tbh 1st rates are a pain in the ass to handle 1. They have a large dead angle 2. They are slow af 3. They make you broke because on how many people you have to pay 4. You can't hit small ships full broadside if they are too close I totally recommend the "Queen Ann's Revenge" 1. It has a small dead angle 2. Moves like a Frigate (14-15 knots) 3. You can hit small ships with full broadside which does massive amounts of damage 4. Its crew size is decent and isn't a pain in the ass to handle (150-210)

Still learning. Easier now that I have a maint. ship in each pirate port so I can just change to port view and auto-collect money. I use 1 ruby to have city automated for selling products. Not sure point of "buy parole", paid for all yet now, still have docking fees, and I have to buy them again? Also I'm not doing multi-player so maybe that is why im not getting much to do and have to go to "Open Sea" to get more ships to attack. But I have all the maps, so I thought there would be more choices to battle. Couple things in video, I would board immediately and not blast the ship b4 boarding, then sell ships. You can capture ships after battle to keep sailors on main ship until done. Plus 1 ship can be repaired with video, I usually pick the worse damaged but boarding ships cuts down on overall damage. I'm still early in the game but I restarted battle against Henry Morgan like 6 times until I beat him because I used 1 premium ship (Duke of Kent, 1 of few times I spent real money) and no repairs. Finally realize you can't have sails up to repair. Once I did all the upgrades for DoK I have 1200 sailors and capturing ships isn't an issue with running out of sailors. I attack a port and capture it, but as soon as I leave it is captured back, not sure what the overall purpose is of the game. Edit: Buying rounds in Tavern gives more activity/battle choices. Don't see Oceanus listed. Hack?

I literally just took a fully upgraded 1st rate and started bording other ships, its ended so damn fast, i even had a spare repair kit... bringing 4 ships isnt worth it, its really difficult to command them together

Wait but for some reason when I get to st. Thomas the quest won't show up!!? Is it glitched? I really want to be able to finish this questline! Edit: for anyone wondering, you have to wait a week for the quest to show up, (in game time), just pass the time in the game and the quest will be there.

I just hate a little bit of this game by capturing ships using grapeshots than boarding the ship and firing falconets and i need to level up to have more ship's while. The pirate of the plague or whatever you call it i literally have almost 50 ship's...... Which i deleted the game that im watching... Also why cant i build a ship in the other one?
