Ah, a true classic indeed. I remember this being my absolute favorite episode of Cute Mario Bros. back in my earliest days on KZfaq, and to this day this whole thing still holds up quite well! I swear, I will never get tired of Jack's reaction to Mario calling his joke stupid. Comedy gold!

i'd like to think this episode is a metaphor for eating disorders, pikachu calling mario a pig is like people calling someone fat, it hurts mario so much he decides to give up on pizza, kinda like an eating disorder. luigi and mickey are telling him he cant ever give up on pizza, kinda like people saying "you shouldn't stop eating because you think you're fat". then, mario gets so much better, kinda like breaking out of the eating disorder, i might be overthinking this though

I'm so glad I went hunting for this channel. I haven't watched it in so long, and watching it now really makes me appreciate how high effort this series actually was. I never noticed it or remembered it, but now I can see how special this truly is, and how glad I am that I grew up with it.
