The Pizza Planet truck (part 1)

This is part one of one video that shows you all the scenes where Pixar's famous Pizza Planet truck appears. Other videos may simply point out or highlight where the truck is, but for your enjoyment, I have included the full scenes surrounding its appearance for context. As a bonus, you get my commentary in the form of annotations on bits of trivia I have memorized. (For the record, the truck does NOT appear in The Incredibles - Brad Bird may not have been fully "on board" with Pixar's traditions.)
A big shout-out and thanks goes to Mr. Chad Cochran, my 11th-12th grade video productions teacher, and all the guys in the advanced video group who helped me rip these scenes from the DVDs. I couldn't have done it without your help guys! Thanks!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION!!!!!:
The song at 1:26, as far as I know, was written by Randy Newman specifically for this scene. You can't find it on the soundtrack. It has no official name. I can't provide you with an MP3. Stop asking me about it. Having music in a film that isn't on a soundtrack release is very common. Have a nice day!
UPDATE (7/10/15):
The song apparently has the name "Pizza Planet Rock", and it's on the "Legacy Collection Soundtrack for Toy Story", according to a commenter on this video.
2019 update: Now that KZfaq has removed annotations, I have to tell you that the reason I included the clip from The Incredibles here is because back when I made this, this is where some people thought the Pizza Planet Truck appeared. One website used a screencap of one frame to make it look like the view of a freeway underpass was a view from inside the cab of the truck. Not so.

Jeff Forrest I already looked at this video's analytics, and the line graph of views over time, but it won't tell me when 1 million was hit. Also, I have a life, and KZfaq isn't its focus, so I can't be expected to pay close attention to when videos hit milestones.

My thoughts exactly. Woody, you're the idiot and Buzz was right, so you sure had that one coming. There are no seatbelts in the cargo bay and it’s a lot safer to ride in the cockpit than suffer serious brain damage in the cargo hold.

@MushroomBoy64: It wasn't important to him. As a toy, Woody knows he doesn't need (nor should a toy wear) a seat belt. Therefore, the seatbelt was irrelevant to Woody, who was focusing on the "sit in front" thing Buzz was doing. Woody was privately concerned that the driver would see Buzz sitting there, strapped in. A second later, he's thinking "Why did I get in the back of the truck?"

Yes, the Dinoco gas station first appeared in Toy Story (1995) as the gas station that Andy's mom, the big rig driver, and the Pizza Planet truck driver all stop at. Dinoco was seen in the background in Toy Story 2 (1999), and again in Cars (2006) as The King's sponsor.

The Pizza Planet truck is a 1978 Gyoza Mark VII Lite Hauler as it said on the owner's manual in Toy Story 2

You're right. It appears during Lotso's flashback story, where he and Daisy's other two toys ride on its back bumper and fall off outside Sunnyside Daycare.

No, it's your problem. It has already been officially confirmed by Lee Unkrich and others that the Pizza Planet truck is not in The Incredibles. What you think is the truck is not the truck. You can not prove to anyone that you saw the truck in The Incredibles.

@Theguywhojustcomment: Not there. I showed this particular scene from The Incredibles because some people used to assert (and may still do so, in error) that the PPT was in this scene. They said it was either the yellow car at the beginning, or the bridge overpass outline near the end. Lee Unkrich confirmed on his Twitter that the truck is not in The Incredibles.

@MushroomBoy64: He was calling Buzz an idiot for sitting in the "cockpit", or the front seat. He wasn't really paying attention to the fact that Buzz put his seatbelt on, as any good Space Ranger should. (They teach that at Star Command, I'm sure.)

@DogEatDogProductions: As I told @gizmo12355 , that music coming out of the truck's stereo is (I assume) just some incidental background music that Randy Newman created for this scene. Why is everybody having a fit over this? Films of all kinds have this kind of music not on the official soundtrack. "Cars" had the music where Doc Hudson goes once around Willy's Butte by himself.

I never said the truck wasn't a Toyota. I may have said that the owner's manual for the truck in Toy Story 2 calls it a "Gyoza", but I already know that it's a Toyota. In fact, there was a group of people a few months ago who completely converted a yellow Toyota Truck into the truck of this video and they drove it to Pixar Animation Studios.

2:29 - It's just some extra voice work to make Pizza Planet more believeable. According to IMDb, that's Debi Derryberry's voice (she also does Jimmy Neutron's voice).

Yes, what about Cars 2? The Pizza Planet truck does appear in Cars 2, near the end, during the Radiator Springs race. Check the Pixar Wiki.

As someone who actual delivers pizzas, you should get gas before your shift (you can get written up for not) let alone not on a delivery.

There's a gas station very close to the pizza place where I work. Once in a while, I might be low on gas during my shift, and on my way back to the store, I'll contact my boss and ask if there's time to fill up my tank real quick (I wait to ask until I think it's not busy anymore), and he usually says yes.

@TheDuuuuuuuuuuuuude: At 0:30, there's a truck that shows the Dinoco logo from Toy Story. Dinoco first appeared in Toy Story and again in Toy Story 2. Dinoco received a bigger role in Cars as the sponsor of Strip "The King" Weathers. The truck at 0:30 is a Dinoco truck refueling at a Dinoco gas station. The truck's mudflaps (which someone may or may not have remembered to wipe) have the Dinoco logo on them. Have I out-CaptainObvious'd you?

@SGTS1MMONS: I've said this before, I'll say it again: It's not on the CD soundtrack/OST. In all likelihood, it's just some extra music that Randy Newman wrote for this scene that can only be heard in the film. Film composers do that a lot.

@gizmo12355: Sorry - I don't know. As far as I know, it's something Randy Newman wrote that's not on the soundtrack, much like the music that plays in Cars when Doc Hudson runs a lap around Willey's Butte for the first time in a long time.

@SuperCockism: A "Steve Zhan" search on IMDb reveals Steven Zhan, who was a "Gamestar" artist on Silent Hill: Origins in 2007. No person named Zhan is listed in Toy Story 1's credits. I think you mean Steve Zahn. He's an established voice actor, but he's not in TS1's credits, either. I only know him as the voice of Swampy the drummer on Phineas and Ferb.

Yes, I do like Toy Story 2... but this video doesn't include any scenes from that film. This is Toy Story, A Bug's Life, Monsters, Inc., Finding Nemo, and The Incredibles.
