I still think his best position is that inverted forward in the wide position tucking in and cutting in the right side to score goals like he did for City. He’s too small and non physical in the air to win and keep possession.

I don't think Arteta will let him go this summer. Gabriel Jesus is needed when we are not able to break the low block defenders. And this moment when Martinelli is also underperforming, i don't see Gabriel Jesus leaving.

Jesus is doing worse than Martinelli. At least Martinelli is more available. He also is 22 so he has a lot of developing and high ceiling to reach his potential not to mention his wages are team friendly. Jesus is the top earner of the team or top 3 in high wages yet he often finds himself sidelined, out of form and cannot score goals.

Selling trossard on top of Jesus is a ridiculous statement, most goals in the prem from a sub and we have zero rotation and he is flexible

There WILL be casualties, with players you know are talented or have the potential to be great... and when they do leave for a different club and do well, there'll be that inevitable envy and regret and jealousy... but just because they succeeded elsewhere doesn't mean if they hypothetically stayed that they'd have eventually reached those heights with us. All we can hope is to wish them well, get a good fee, and find someone with those funds who will plug the holes better than the leaving player had done.

We should be looking to sell Ramsdale, Zinchenko, Tavres, Cedric, Tierney, Partey or Jorginho ( would rather sell Jorginho but we would get more money for Partey, Elney, Lokonga, Patino, Marquinos, Nelson , Viera, Jesus, Eddie Thats 14 players out and we realistically only need to bring in a back up GK, LB or RB cover depending on which side Tomi covers, a 6 or 8 would love Guimares, winger Nico William, Ollise or Neto (might edge Nico or Neto as they can cover both wing) and a striker Isak, Gyokeres, Sesko ( Isak would be ideal) thats 5 players in.

I don’t think partey should be sold he’s a big asset he could fill in for rice perfectly if he should get injured. Plus partey rice odegaard is our best midfield trio

We must *sell properly* this summer to be able to buy when the right players come up. Those on bench that Arteta has not the confidence to use when we desperately needed to change a game or when very tied legs are still on the pitch, let them go. ESR, Eddie, Nelson, and Vieira. Though , Arteta would likely persist with Vieira given what we paid... Also need to get rid , not loan out, include Lokonga, Tavares, Platino, and Tierney. It's a cool £50m there.... Last not least, Jesus, Zinchenko and Partey. Id keep Partey and sell the others and move on. Ideally, talk Partey into retiring from his NT duties which often became the cause of his injuries and absence.

I would hate to see him go but I am concern by his injuries issues. Kai Havertz as a CF would be a good replacement but still need another player that can contribute to goals. If he leaves he will always be a crowd favorite.

Jesus is a decent player but not as a striker he'd be a good back up if Saka or martinelli get injured.. there's a but coming there are better out there so selling him to make our squad stronger I'd sell him

Sell 10 players: reiss, cedric, nketiah, patino, ramsdale (if he can up his ball playing game I'd love that he's an excellent shot stopper), elneny, tavares, lokonga, marquinhos, tierney Buy 5 players: goal scoring no9, prolific left footed RW, a young 8 and 6 hybrid midfielder, LB, right sided CB. A 29 man squad. Attackers: martinelli, jesus, saka, trossard, havertz, another RW, a goal scoring ST Midfielders: odegaard, viera, smithrowe, zinny, rice, partey, jorginho, another 8 and 6 hybrid. Defenders: timber, saliba, gabriel, kiwior, white, tomiyasu, another LB, another rightsided CB. Keepers: Raya, onkwonkwo. Reserves: nwaneri, skelly, duberry, hein. A squad like this can be rotated to compete on all competitions.
