The ‘superstars’ didn’t turn up aka Kane, Foden & Bellingham yet Southgate continued to play them. Throughout the tournament we only looked good when he brought subs on. Today it was too little too late but we did play well in parts. Tbh surprised we got this far playing like we did. Had we been more ambitious starting Watkins, Palmer & Gordon we may have set the tournament on 🔥 alas poor Gordon couldn’t get a look in 😞
