I honestly don't think PlayStation is doing any more showcases. It's going to be all state of plays from here on out.

Not a bad take at all. I had heard on a pod from someone "in the know" that PS wasn't going to be showing games eons and eons out anymore. Personally I'm not mad at that they can always do a dev dairy closer upon release or even after release "raising kratos" style

Jay I think we’ll see Concord. GoWR PC port, Astrobot and smaller titles. I think a showcase will be in September, showing the Pro with upcoming 1st party titles running on it.

I'm glad we will finally see some Concord gameplay and see what Marathon is hitting for hopefully. Also toss in some of what Bend is working on and GoT2 trailer ima call it a win. People wanted to see games we will see games, people wanted VR2 support and we will be seeing VR2 stuff tomorrow will be a good day.

If I remember right, I think an in house studio was doing the Until Dawn remaster, so likely that and Concord are the “PS Studio” titles. There was a VR title they showed a while back that looked like a Shadow of the Colossus in VR type game called Behemoth. I hope they show that here!

Team Asobi? Surprised no one has mentioned them yet. Possible they show Astrobot. As for it being an SOP instead of a showcase….my expectations are tempered either way. If I were to bet I’d say we’ll see bigger studios showing off their games when the Pro is announced later this year( possibly September/October ? )

I'm thinking something from team Asobi & Bluepoint simply because it seems about right for them plus they won't be making sequels to well known PlayStation franchises 🤷🏽‍♂️
