Thanks for taking us along! I think it’s awesome that younger generations are tuning into bluegrass and classic country music. They’re both American art forms that need preserved and shared with future generations. Thanks to KZfaq, people that wouldn’t ordinarily go to a show, can see what it’s about. But like my IU School of Music professor said, “You have to experience live music to fully appreciate it.” Sound vibrating off walls and your body, feeling that deep bass pluck, strum off banjo strings, high pitch fiddle as the bow moves, and a guitar pick pulling out notes from the wood. There’s a whole lot of human communication happening in a song.
