What a beautiful video! I'm going back to ballet now as an older adult and while my body nowhere does what I want it to do for now, I look forward to how ballet is transforming it over time. It does not feel like exercise at all to me but like as escape as you've nicely pointed out. You've just gained a new subscriber, well done! PS: greetings from Montreal!
