Temporal Tower and the Time Gears are more so like a "power plant" and "back up generators" respectively. Temporal Tower needs to be fully stable and functioning for the world to not be paralyzed but should it be falling apart, the Time Gears which are in their respective locations help temporarily stabilize time in those areas but like a backup generator, it'll only be able to carry out that function for so long which is why they must be collected and placed in the pedestal at the top of Temporal Tower thus restoring the tower and preventing the planet's paralysis. it's also said that due to Temporal Tower falling is what stopped pokemon from being able to evolve at Luminous Spring. after this problem is solved the Spring allows pokemon to evolve, except the Hero and Partner due to their time traveling slightly altering the fabric of space until they have dealt with darkrai(and most likely palkia resolving the distortion of space around the Hero and Partner so they would be able to evolve some time after)

This iceberg is great, but to me, many, MANY of these are taken WAY out of proportion. Like the resetting position part. It’s just a glitch, it isn’t really that deep. Aside from that, a great video!
