I have attempted a few natives. Most don't transition well. They like to have cold roots, and in some lakes are 15' tall that I have seen. The water clarity definitely plays a role with the depth native plants grow here.

Cool view down there.

Water clarity can be deceptive. Hopefully I can get some better shots once the major pollin drop is done. 😊

Hi Jeff. I hear perfect above water. Sounds at the same time as I see underwater pictures! How are you doing that?
@jeffkane439120 күн бұрын
Phone mic, the phone is upside down so I could keep the charging port out of the water. The rubber plug fell off last winter, so I can't totally submerge it anymore.

Wow, what is that plant? Oh, you are on a lake!
@jeffkane439120 күн бұрын
Some Horn wart (Coontail locally), a type of Parrot feather, Curly leaf pond weed, and I'm not about the little crypt looking plant at the end.

@@jeffkane4391 We have little to nothing in our waters. They have more plants in the water around Boise, it is much warmer down there.

The bluegill should be on beds soon. It looked like the small mouths are done, and the larger mouth might have just finished up. At least on that lake.
