The Possibility Storm S6E10: Say Hello to Stella Lee - cEDH Triple Header!

This week's stream was a weird one. Joey ended up having to drop at the last minute so we took to my Discord server to find a 4th and thankfully our community member Jaydon was available to fill in. Prior to the stream, I had already decided that I was going to try out some decks I had never played before but had some interest in, so I asked to borrow one of our friend's Atraxa list, and I also pulled down a copy of a Tayam deck off of the Database. Rev had told us that he had a new list to play as well, and Kirk decided to play some Stella Lee. Our esteemed guest brought his Korvold deck to the table.
We played three games during the stream, and I decided to include them all here in an edited video, you'll see why in a moment, but I won't spoil the reasoning here. During the first two games we all remained on the same decks, but in game three myself and Rev swapped to other lists. So get ready for the channel's first-ever triple header.

Yeah the live games obviously took a bit longer.. I struggled with the decks I played going in pretty blind and not being ones I built, but Stella sure showed what she can do!

I just build Stella as a non-cEDH deck (as in same combo, not much fast mana) and found you searching for what a cEDH version would look like. And god damn! It's basically swap the token creation for cEDH mana staples and we there. I feel like not giving this girl the "menace" keyword was a flavor fail. :v

I'm confused about countering the third spell that Stella casts, shouldn't the copy resolve and then you can counter the original. (I'm referring to the solve the equation counter in the first game.)

Nvm, I get why the copy doesn't resolve because the counter spell will resolve first countering the original

great games! Cool to see the deck play out although with only one player in the pod on blue I'd guess it'd be harder to get a win across with Stella Lee.

Yeah some pods are more balanced than others. If Kirk plays the deck in the future I'm pulling out stax lol
