No the lyrics aren't happy, but the tune's strangely upbeat, especially when the horns come in a little after the 1:10 mark.

@diddydid - True, but it doesn't have to be. They're mixed all wrong, they get away from great arrangements like this and the drummer's waaay too loud for Tim's little girl voice (ever heard of a brush?).
