The trick is to abuse the shield, once you get the shield up and you push her into a corner you can fuck her up... it's just that if she does the same to you... well, you know the rest.

Pot has some privilege in the match up such as backward megafist being able to get by a lot of ram sword corner pressure and force ram to use the high S sword instead of the H sword. Forward megafist can jump over ram mid range game for huge reward. Hammerfall is solid for the mu, especially with rc.

It’s honestly a even matchup and capfuls snowball either way. If the ram keeps up the pressure pot can’t do much to get out or in. BUT if the ram fucks up the pressure she gets command grabbed and the tides turn immediately. Makes me want to learn ramlethal even more

Very difficult natch up for Potemkin, I just avoid the corners and stay center stage no matter what, don't even approach her in the corner just stay back and wait, good and experience Ram bait you by backing themselves in the corner and super jump dash over you or even fuzzy grab and switch sides. Playing neutral and pushing Pots wins condition (knockdown to guess) is the best approach in my experience. Hope this helps

I have had zero success against Ram players as Pot. It's just my personal worst matchup, I guess. I wouldn't say that Ram is a broken character, but I will say that until I have mastered Potemkin more, I will not enjoy fighting them. Give me a Sol any day of the week.
