What kind of hidden costs is there involved with bridging? Ie legals contracts And how much do hidden costs usually come to

There shouldn’t be any hidden costs if you ask the lender what the full costs to you are. You are allowed to ask lenders questions like this. (Or go via a broker to help you understand their terms). There’s legal costs in all deals. You may need to get independent legal advice from another solicitor to run through your PG’s
