In this video I will show you how I use curves in geometry to make incredible motion graphics! Geometry nodes allows us to create curves systems in blender to make models, animate wires, and give endless animatable details for motion design! I really like these videos where you get into the good stuff right away by showing your concept and how it works. There are plenty of step-by-step videos out there that help beginners, so it's nice to see content that is not relying on training wheels!

Hell yeah just in time for my now annual tradition of getting super frustrated trying to get something to follow a curve in geo nodes. (In my case I'm trying to get sim node points to flow along a curve after they spawn from an emitter)

Great video! Is it possible to build a tiny setup similar to C4D's "cloner-plain modifier-linear field" simplicity without using 500 geo nodes? LOL. If yes, I'm sure this will eliminate a lot of hesitation and encourage people like me who are willing to use Blender as a daily driver.

I've been following you for years, and I've learned a lot. So, finally, a few days ago I joined the $5 Patreon. You took my money. Sent me a receipt. Now, when I go your Patreon page, everything is locked, and I'm asked to join! Please refund my money. I see two accounts with your name on it. One is free, and one is on the five dollar tier. It looks like you used two separate emails for each version. The reason you’re not seeing most of the content is because you’re viewing it through the free account. If you sign into the account that uses email that has a “108” in the address you will have access to all your content. If you have any other questions please feel free to message me on Patreon.

@@TheDucky3D Thanks! 1st of all, I didn't want to post this here on KZfaq, but all your emails were "donotreply"... 2nd: Thank you for letting me know what's goin' on,,, Now, if I knew how to "message you on Patreon" I would... 3rd: I believe the email with "108" in it is a gmail account that I almost never use, and would have to look up...I don't know how that got used, although I suspect it was by signing up with Google. Google always comes up with that email first, and I always have to switch it to my main email account.. I probably forgot to do the switch... Ideally, I would like to switch the paid account to my main email, which I will let you know, if I ever figure out how "message you on Patreon"? I theoretically have a Patreon account (which I have yet to use..) It is under my main email....I think.... I would love to hear your thoughts on all this..(Hopefully, this can be effectuated through Patreon, or through my direct email... the gmail account forwards to my main email... So I can remove this thread from KZfaq!)
