I immediately took offence when I heard, you're probably 30, 40, or 50+.. Then I realized.. I'm turning 32 soon. It's wild realizing how fast time goes by. Hard work absolutely pays off and it's amazing how you realize it more when you're getting older. Loved this little fireside chat, very strong message sent. Can't wait for the next video.

I agree to 100% with you. It´s exactly the same here in Germany. Many - not all - of the young people want to earn big money, but no one wants to get their hands dirty. They often are disrespectful and dumb, throwing away their trash right there where they standing and laugh about the city workers, who have to remove the mess. It´s really disgusting, i have seen this country in a better shape than it is now. By the way - i´m 64 and always enjoy your videos.

I see in the local facebook groups when someone posts a help wanted listing and all they ask the person is whats the starting pay? How about finding out what the job requirements are before you worry what it pays.

It's sad there is so many jobs open even in the factories which was the goto job when I was 18 but now your paid to stay home or work at home it's sad to see people not working towards a better futures and some still depends on there parents.
