Just wanted to show You that the Right Grooming methods, hair style, Make-up look and Outfit can really make a big difference. When you Look Good, you Feel good. My first time doing Multiple characters. It was bit challenging to film but still was a lot of fun at the end of the Day. Pretty embarrassing as well going out in Public dressed as a GUY. Some of the guys in the Park even invited me to play Basketball with them thinking I was a real guy haha

THIS! I did not like wearing make up many years ago, because of how it did not seem to make a difference. I went to walmart or the walgreens for the foundation. I even tried Mary Kay! Until..... 2019 age 41 went to sephora , had them do a full facial make up & show me how to do it. As well as matching me up with the products and coloring to my face. I now can make myself look like a totally different person,and I still am NOT anywhere as good as others, applying it ! The brand,type,shade etc.. makes ALL the difference. I feel more attractive at 43 than I did in my 20s. It wasn't until I started wearing make up in my 40s I had compliments said to my face, out in public by men too. Add a wig and it goes next level from there.

I completely agree with you!! It's sick, but it's true tho..people,most times,don't even bother talking to the people that don't fit the vision they have of beauty. It's the standards they have and some people don't even realize they are being superficial.. Most people judge books by the cover. For example at school you prefer sitting with the good looking ones rather than the ones full of zits, or you don't wanna sit next to the hobo in the subway u know? I mean it's hurtful but the reality is you shouldn't change for others really, I think.

I know people are upset about the "message" of this video, but I think people are seriously misinterpreting the message. It LITERALLY says at about 1:03 "she told me that I was already beautiful and that all she was doing was using makeup to polish me up and make my best features stand out" Notice the title of the video is called "The Power of Makeup" and not "Ugly to Pretty" or something like that. It never says anything remotely close to "You need makeup to be pretty" and most of the transformation was actually changing the hair, clothes and glasses. Edit: To people who were upset about the glasses thing, she had on ugly glasses. Not all glasses look like that, hers are just too big and have tape in the middle etc.

The 21st century is shallow, hence apps like Tinder are so popular 'like the look swipe right, not hot swipe left'. Although she does cake alot on, she is basically saying that put a little effort in your look etc etc

You know what I hate? When boys barely notice you when you are being yourself and then the time you wear makeup and put on a pretty outfit, all of a sudden they seem to care and like you. They should like you for you, not for the person who has to dress up. This video is misleading to kids who need to be strong and confident. Notice that she didn't go near him, to see if he'd talk to her until she was all tarted up. If she was okay with herself, it wouldn't have occurred to her, and, if she was just wearing makeup only for fun, for herself, that would be peachy. It's just not so. This story plays on the insecurities of young females in order to sell products. That's shameful!

This is actually so offensive, ha. I don't care what you say in the description. This video is ENTIRELY suggesting that you should make every effort to conform to the standard, sexist notion of what is considered beautiful so that "boys will like you". Even if your glasses and braces are necessary to you -- many people are wearing them because they are medically obliged to do so -- they should all be sacrificed in favour of looking pretty. Irresponsible, archaic view. You need an education.

I happen not to need glasses or braces, and it's not the notion of makeup that I find offensive. It's the notion that it should be worn in order to attract a man, in spite of the fact that you might medically NEED braces and glasses, and are comfortable with that. What I find offensive is the notion that any woman should be under any obligation to do things even if they do not interest her. I am not advocating the banning of makeup, you absolute fool.
