In 1952 norman vicent peley who was American minister , author, motivator written this book 1) BELIEVE IN YOUR SELF : reality is not terrific , but we imagine it as horrific 2) BE CALM I MIND: try to share your feelings with a beloved person , if you don't know anyone then talk with God 2) success mantra : People reject themself, change this attitude, believe in your self 3) stop worrying : the source of unhappiness is imagining negative . most of Diseases are due to worrieness. 4)solving problems : with anger or pressure mind become empty , just think of problem , be relax , have good sleep, subconscious mind gives good ideas 5) anger management : 6)
